How to take any photograph image and apply a vector effect.
Here is a fun tutorial that shows how to take any photograph and apply a vector effect to it so that it appears as if it were made in Illustrator, Flash, or any other vector based Effects program.
1. Open up the photograph that you want to vectorize in Photoshop.
2. Goto Filter > Artistic > Cutout.
3. Adjust the sliders until you get the vector effect that you want.
4. When you are done, you should have a cool looking vectorized image.
